We’ll answer your question, try to diagnose the issue, or make a recommendation for follow-up. Perfect for the “I’ve never been able to” or “It used to work and now it doesn’t” issues that you ask your grandkids about. We won’t be able to get you set-up on the library’s digital collection (schedule an appointment instead) or repair physical damage to your device. Feel free to register if you know you’re joining us.
