When you request meeting room space at the Estes Valley Library it is important that you be aware of certain policies. Your request submission acknowledges that you have read and are familiar with the following:
- Meeting Room Policy
- Distribution of Non-Library Materials & Solicitation Policy
- Petitions & Campaigning Policy
- Patron Behavior Policy
Please note: Meeting room availability is limited to Library open hours, operational plans, and available staffing in place on the date of a requested meeting. These are subject to change, and may limit the availability of one or both of the two public meeting rooms.
