The Library has Verizon Jetpack WiFi hotspots available for one-week checkout with your Library card. To place a hold, use this link into the catalog, or contact us at (970) 586-8116. Hotspots on hold may also be picked up using our convenient Curbside Service Appointments.
When in-stock, the hotspots are displayed on a kiosk at the Library and available for same-day checkout, but advance holds are recommended.
Our Jetpack hotspots turn a Verizon 4G/5G cellular connection into a password protected WiFi network that can be used by any WiFi device.
You will need a strong signal from a Verizon cell tower to use this hotspot. If you are not able to make a phone call from a location, there may not be a strong enough cellular signal to use a hotspot there.

Hotspots are available for checkout to residents of the Greater Estes Valley. They are currently not available for check-out with a Visitor Card.
