Parking

Downtown Estes Park offers paid and free parking options during peak season (May 26-October 22). Library patrons may use any of the 7 free parking spaces marked “Library Reserved” during open hours. These are located at the Library’s northeast perimeter. The spaces have a 30-minute time limit. No payment or permit is required.

The remaining lot surrounding the Library is paid parking daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. Free parking is available on MacGregor Avenue and in the Visitor Center Parking Garage (connected by the Riverwalk and Downtown Trolley). Learn more about free parking areas and paid permits for residents at the Town of Estes Park website.

New in 2023, check out our Park Like A Local program. If you’re a resident in the area, we can help you acquire a Local Permit for two hours of free parking daily. Other great options for visiting include curbside pick-up service by appointment, the Twig mini-branch at the Rec Center, as well as digital collections and the Special Order service.

WiFi

The library offers a free, open 350MB wireless connection. WiFi coverage extends outside the building to our parking lot (with the strongest signal directly north of the building) and to the seating around the building’s perimeter.

Users may connect to the Estes Valley Library WiFi wireless network 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. There is no password required. WiFi users on their personal devices can send their print jobs to the Library using Mobile Print (estesvalleylibrary.org/print) and pick up and pay during Library open hours.

Relax and Recharge

We’ve added power outlets near seating outside the building for our mobile device users. Look for the silver chain of outlets running along the brick garden wall to the left of the library’s entrance and in the Storytime Garden between the Library and Town Hall buildings. These outlets are powered between 6 AM and 9 PM.
