Your appointment was scheduled successfully! Look for a confirmation email with your appointment date, time and any further instructions in your inbox shortly! You will also receive a reminder email an hour before your appointment.

For Tax Prep appointments:

Review the list of what to pick up, what to bring, who should attend and how to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and make sure your materials are collected and your packets filled out before arriving for your appointment. You can pick up your intake packet at the Library during open hours.

For curbside pickup appointments:

  • Pull up in front of the library main entrance and stay inside your vehicle. We’ll be watching for the vehicle make, model, and color you told us about when you made your appointment, and we’ll be out in a jiffy!
  • Be ready to pop open your back hatch or trunk, and we’ll place your materials there. 
  • No need to call when you arrive- we’ll be on the lookout for you!
