Need meeting space? You’ve come to the right place. The library offers two reservable meeting rooms with space for 2 to 50 people free to service clubs, interest groups, students, HOAs and more.

How to book online

Booking recurring meetings or need a little extra help? Fill out the Booking Request form and the Library staff can assist you with setting up a recurring meeting series or answer any questions you have about meeting room reservations. Reservable Spaces

Hondius Community Room (seats up to 49)
  • Nine 8′ tables and chairs for 49
  • Kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and teapot (extra space for your treats and refreshments)
  • A/V:
    • 4K projector
    • HDMI and USB-C inputs: present from your own laptop
    • ClickShare: present wirelessly from your own phone, tablet, or laptop
    • One handheld and two lapel microphones
      • Microphones are designed for a hybrid presentation. Hybrid discussions requiring more than one speaker are best conducted in the Wasson Board Room.
    • Overhead pan-tilt-zoom webcam: share a live view of your presenter or the whole room
    • Mac Mini computer with Microsoft Office: present from a flash drive
    • DVD player with surround sound
    • Presentation capture: save a recording of your session to a flash drive

  • Foyer space for check-in, registration, or display

Groups may set up 30 minutes prior to library opening

Limited instruction in the use of our equipment is available from library staff during regular hours.

Wasson Board Room (second floor, seats up to 25)
  • Eight 6′ tables and cushioned rolling chairs for 25
  • A/V:
    • 4K projector
    • HDMI and USB-C inputs: present from your own laptop
    • ClickShare: present wirelessly from your own phone, tablet, or laptop
    • Ceiling-mounted conference microphone system with full-room coverage for hybrid in-person and virtual discussions.
    • Additional microphones: one handheld, two lapel
    • Overhead pan-tilt-zoom webcam: share a live view of your presenter or the whole room
    • Mac Mini computer with Microsoft Office: present from a flash drive
    • DVD player with surround sound

The Library second floor (including the Wasson Room) closes 15 minutes before the Library’s closing time

WiFi

The library offers a free, open 350MB wireless connection suitable for streaming media and video chats. There is no password required. Patrons connecting to the WiFi will be asked to acknowledge a Library internet policy popup before continuing to the Internet.

Security Warning: Patrons using the Library WiFi are accessing an unsecured public network. Unencrypted data is vulnerable to access by others. Guard your confidential information by not working with material that is confidential on any public network.
