Welcome to Early Bird Booking for Library meeting spaces in 2023! Our Early Bird period runs from October 24th through November 7. Any request submitted during this period will receive equal consideration for available 2023 dates and times.
Library staff may reach out to your group’s contact to assist with choosing a date and time if your Early Bird choices are unavailable. Please let us know both first choice and alternate dates/times for your meetings if possible. If your choices are unavailable, we will not be able to reach out to you with additional dates until all other groups have been served.
Patrons will be notified with their complete, scheduled meeting room dates and times by November 15.
After November 15, patrons will be able to book their own 2023 dates online at estesvalleylibrary.org/meetingrooms.

Check the Library Events Calendar to find dates and times that aren’t already booked for Library programs. Choose a few alternate dates and times in case your first choice is not available.
Get your Estes Valley Library card: You will need an Estes Valley Library, Park R3, or Eagle Rock School card to request a meeting room.
