What’s next?

Our Early Bird period runs from November 4-18. Any request submitted during this period will receive equal consideration for available 2025 dates and times.

Library staff may reach out to your group’s contact to assist with choosing a date and time if your Early Bird choices are unavailable.

Patrons will be notified with their complete, scheduled meeting room dates and times by November 21.

After November 21, patrons will be able to book their own 2025 dates online at our reservation website.
