Meeting Rooms

Need meeting space? You’ve come to the right place. The library offers two reservable meeting rooms with space for 2 to 49 people free to service clubs, interest groups, students, HOAs and more.

Reservation time must include all room set-up, take down, and cleanup. There will be no access to the space until the start of your reserved time. After submitting a request for a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Library staff will confirm or deny your request, and you will receive a second email with the result.

Any changes to your room reservation can only be made by you or your representatives designated during the reservation process. Please call the Library at (970) 586-8116 and choose option 3 if you need to make changes.

If you’re looking for a reservation that has already been confirmed, you can search for your meeting’s name with “See Confirmed Reservations.”
