Library Trustees hold four types of meetings, all but one of which is open to the public.
- Regular meetings are generally held on the 3rd Monday / month
- Study Sessions are generally held on the 1st Thursday / month
- Public Budget Hearings are held during November meetings
- Executive Sessions are held as needed, most often to discuss the Director’s performance. Executive Sessions are meetings-within-meetings and the only block of time closed to the Public.
All meetings are held at 6:30pm in the Wasson Board Room, unless otherwise noted.
